Leave RO/DI pressurized or not?
Silly question, When your done using your RO/DI unit do you just shut off the valve on the output line and keep the supply line on (leaving the unit pressurized) or do you shut off the supply line as well?
My unit does have an auto shutoff valve so the waste water doesn't constantly run if I shut off the output line but I'm just not sure if its suppose to stay under pressure or not. |

I use mine for drinking water as well so its constantly being used and under pressure. Never a problem.

I have valves on all three lines. When I shut it down, it goes, good water valve, waste water valve, tap valve. I start it opposite of that. It doesn't need to be pressurized, just water kept in it.
