Sump bowing slightly

So I've noticed recently that my sump is bowing slightly on the sides. I've had the sump for almost a year now and I want to see if I should be concerned. I noticed it earlier this week. It's not home made but custom made by John from advanced acrylics in southern California.

Yea I'd be a little worried. How much of a bow are we talking here?

Kind of hard to see the bowing on the other photos. This shows it better.
