New to the hobby. :)
Hey everyone. So as you can tell from the title I am new to the hobby. About a year ago I used to be in the freshwater business. I had 75 gallon tank made up of South American cichlids. I sold that tank when I moved and I eventually missed being part of the hobby. So here I am today starting my first saltwater tank. This is a custom made 40 gallon acrylic rimless breader tank that has a built in sump in the back. The light is a maxspect razor 160w 16k led light. I have the basic setup. Live rock...snails...clownish...etc. I cannot wait to start adding to this tank. Here are some images of the tank and also my RO/DI system hooked up to the shower (girlfriend hates it) but I let her aquascape the tank so that kinda made up for it.

I have to agree with the GF, that's an odd place for the RO/DI.
I put mine under the sink, hidden and has 2 taps, 1 for RO drinking water, another for DI tank water. |
