It may have just gotten frightened and is hiding in the rock work where you can't see it. I wouldn't tear everything apart again to look for it.

Thanks I tried to maneuver the rock over the piles he had but I also was stupid and kinda pushed down the rock not hard but just to make sure everything is stable.

I'm going to wait for another hour or so then If he doesn't make an appearance I'll just try to lift the rock no tear it down

You would be amazed at the tiny places gobies can fit into. If your this worried go ahead and take the rock apart. I'd bet a grand that hes alive though.

I did eventually take my rock out and he was fine just ****ed haha. Everything it's back to normal ( except my rock layout I got it close enough to what it looked like before I just tore it up. But I manager to save a snail that was under a rock too! But bad thing is I stirred up my sandbed and my nitrates when up. Note to self do water change after changing the rock around. Luckily I had some biozyme around and threw a whole bunch of that in the tank and now it is down enough to were I won't have an anxiety attack because of it but it isn't at zero so I plan on doing another tomorrow, I just won't move my rocks around haha I moved them in the first place to make room for more coral I probably have wayy to much for my 29biocube I think I have to have atleast 45 pounds and I wish I would have went with 15 small rocks now instead of 3 big 7-15lb rocks, I also get live rock when I purchase coral too I might just have enough to start a small nano tank just for frags and maybe baby snowflake clowns if I keep any alive. Thanks for those that helped!
