Question Serious Coral Problems

WARNING: I'm a complete newbie! I'm having serious problems with my tank. I have Nuvo 16 gallon and it's been setup for about a month and a half now. My fish seem to be doing great, but I believe my corals are dying. My cleaner shrimp also has these black marks on him. Here are my parameters:

Specific Gravity: 1.024
pH - 8.2
Ammonia - 0 ppm
Nitrite - 0 ppm
Nitrate - 0 ppm
Temperature - 78 degrees

My light cycle is 6 hrs. white, 6 hrs. blue, 12 hrs. no light.

I've been routine with my water changes (just did one yesterday), and I've even installed a protein skimmer. Nothing seems to be helping the situation! I'm looking for all the help I can get. Here are some pics:

Thanks guys!
