Raggedy Fins

Hello,

I am brand new to this forum and the saltwater world. With that being said, I just brought home a complete 25 gallon cube setup with a clown that had been living there for some time. The commute was about 2 hours and it took some time to get the water warmed back up and the salinity just right. Most all of the original water was saved, along with 10 lbs. of live sand, and about 30 lbs. of live rock.

I've noticed this clown fish looks a bit ragged, and am just wondering if this is fin rot or just stress-induced? My test kit comes in today, so I'm not sure of the exact readings. If the levels are off and nitrites are high, would just a water change and stability help this little guy? What should I do? It seems to still be very active and interested in food.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
