quick ro/di?

I'm wondering if the length of an ro waist line would cause any problems with high tds out of the membrane my run is about 35 feet to my pond and I'm blowing through di thanks

it shouldn't. if your on well water you may have high C02 which will cause the DI to burn out fast.

no I'm on city water all filters are new but getting 48 tds out of the membrane

whats TDS in (city water)?
75G or 100G membrane?
new membrane?

and no I run my waste line over 50 ft no problems..

If you're blowing through DI, it has nothing to do with the waste line.How old is the membrane? Get readings from tap and before DI.

membrane is brand new 80 gpd Dr gees tap is retarded at 604 after membrane its 46 before di

Never heard of an 80 gpd membrane, but whats your psi going into the membrane and do you have the matching flow restrictor on the waste line? Even with 600 tds you should get 10 tds or less out of the membrane as long as its a quality brand membrane

its a Dr gs membrane 80 gpd and I got a new 75 gpd restrictor at the same time my pressure is 58 psi off city pressure my booster pump shutoff broke so I'm not using it anymore and was only getting 60 psi with the pump

Spendy suckers lol. Do you know what your waster to good ratio is? Are you sure the new membrane is fully seated in the housing? They can be hard at times

i checked the seating 3 times since I got it Sunday I'll pull it again tomorrow and check the ratio and report back thanks for the help so far
