Best and cheapest In-tank/sump or HOB skimmer?

Hi All,
I know this question has likely been asked before but I am hoping for some help. I currently have a 29G that is up and running w/o a skimmer and I would like to add one soon. I will be upping the livestock level this weekend and think with my weekly 20% water changes, I should be ok. But, I want to start to budget out a skimmer. I currently have no sump but I do have possible plans for one in the future. I would like something that will work either way. Thanks!

Check out PetMountain and look at the Bublble Magnus NAC5a I believe that's what they called it. You must put it in the cart to see the new price.
Another option is the Octopus HOB skimmers they work good and are cheap also.
