Fish "size"??

I have a 50 gallon. Inhabitants are 2 clowns about an inch, and a Royal Gramma who is in QT that is about an inch and a half. I have a chance to aquire 1 Blue Reef Chromis. The Chromis, however, is 3.5 to 4 inches in lengh. Will his size cause issue's with the rest of my much smaller inhabitants...or due to the peaceful nature of the chromis, will I be ok?

Every fish is different, even those of the same species. That being said I don't see an issue with the larger Chromis being added. The Gramma will pick a rock and usually hide in it and guard it from others. The clowns shouldn't care about the Chromis at all.

I don't think you will have a problem. Everyone will find their own spot in the tank.

I doubt the chromis will bother either. A large damsel (your clown is also a damsel) can get pushy with smaller ones of its own type, but usually won't bother damsels of a different species. Both the species you name are capable of playing the damsel threat-and-dodge game with no one ever getting bitten.
