Choosing a fish or too many?

Six foot tank, 150 gallon tank with a 75 gallon display refugiumto help filtration and grow my own macroalgae. Reef tank 6'x24"x21"tall octopus skimmer rated for 300 g tank. So i want to add another fish. But do i have too much already;

As you can see i purposely made sure i didn't pack my tank with corals so i keep lots of swimming room for my fish, and i don't intend to have a huge collection of corals either i want minimum headakes with feeding and dosing, i want this hobby to be relaxing for me and the fish lol. Most corals will be softies and LPS. i already have a bit of Ulva growing in the reef thats cool for my tang, thats the fish i was hopping to add as well.

The refugium

I have presently;

1 Yellow Tang
1 Magnificent Foxface
6 chromis
1 blenny
1 manderin
2 picasso clowns

Now i was thinking another tang maybe , a hardy one, no blue or hyppo, lol. Maybe a Kole tang , not too big, any other suggestions.

Nice tank. Have you considered several small fish for activity & color? Examples would be basslets, gobies, assessors, small fairy wrasses and cardinals? From the looks of your pics & description I bet you could have quite a few. I don't know about you, but I find lots of small fish going about their daily business to be relaxing and they add lots of visual interest.

wow are you joking, you can definitely add a bunch of other fish. considering you have a 150 you can add any other tang (maybe not sohal or clown), you could easily get away with 3-4 tangs in there especially considering you have a large sump/refugium with lots of macro algae, you could also add any reef safe angel or trigger fish.

Nice tank. As others have said, yes you can add more fish.

Are you the person with a six video set of how you aquascapped your rock on YouTube? If so, you did a great job there and inspired me with mine.

ditto. Thats what I was going to say. If it were me I would buy another dozen or so chromis and let them school and also the kole or tomini tang. It would look great when they flash and shimmer in the light. Have you considered anthias? They add some awesome color.

Thanks , yes i made a collection of 20 different species, about $ 300 worth of algaes, that cover all aspect of filtration. The Ulva for example is the perfect Phosphate exporter, it explodes when your phosphate is high, it is to phosphate what cheato is to nitrates. So by have both cheato and Ulva i'm covered . Plus all the other macroalgaes in between.

I also have in the right side my seahorses and in the left side my Angler and dwarf fuzzy lion fish. Thats why the separation, lol.
