Need help programming APEX

I have everything setup and working but having a problem programming my manual top off pump. What I want to be able to do is log into the apex remotely and manually turn on/off the pump and include a program that will automatically shut the pump off after 10 seconds incase I loose connection. Please help

So if I use the pump as a doser will this statement work?

OSC 000:00/000:03/359:57 Then ON

ON for 3 seconds six times a day?

I could be wrong but I think you have it set for it to turn on for 3 seconds every 360 minutes which is every 6 hours. This would mean that it would only be on for 3 seconds 4 times a day.
