Without having any knowledge of what you have ie float switches and where they are located, its would be almost impossible to help with a program. However if you already have a working program all you need to do is add this code to your existing program at the bottom, adjust the times as you want.

If Time 08:00 to 20:00 Then OFF

This code will keep it off from 8 am to 8 pm

Hope that helps

Mark

How big is your container? If it's not huge then I wouldn't stir it up. Plus if you only top off at night your initial top off for the day of evaporation will probably sky rocket your ph to possibly dangerous levels. I would mix up a container and let it sit a couple hours then hook it up and let it top off all day as necessary.

You said you had a breakout box so I assume you have floats. Keep small top offs all day and set failsafes for high ph or if the pump runs longer than say 15 minutes it shuts off automatically to keep from any thing bad happening with the kalk
