It's kind of hard to tell, but my first guess would be cerith snail eggs.

If it looks like a row of pepper seeds it is snail eggs and if it is all one piece with tentacles it is something from sandbed that is probably a harmless scavenger.

My god! I only them in the tank a couple of days ago! Never seen snail eggs before.
