Exclamation Kenya tree question?!?! Black stripes?

Hey guys! Ok so i recently got a kenya frag from my lfs. Its been in my 3 for about 1 month and i just recently moved it to my 55 since my small one was gettting crowded for my clown. Anyways, It seems to be open and it has a nice orange color, not dark or falling over. It does have what appear to me to be like bend marks? its right at the base of the branches. I dont know if the flow is too high or if my parameters were off. Went and got my water tested and my nitrates were really low, only thing were my phosphates were at about 1, but my GSP's are doing really well. Any suggestions on the black marks ? also i noticed this really dark almost black looking algae growing on my rocks. Any ID's?

it may be preparing to drop some branches and propagate itself. Mine has done that, a branch kinds of shrivels a bit at the base and falls off. Then you have another tree coral! If it's otherwise doing ok it might be that. I don't see the black algae; it is small dark spots, or larger areas?

Cyanobacteria will come and go. Increasing flow and limiting nutrients will help. Your Kenya tree is doing what they do - starting it's inevitable spread throughout your tank.

I don't have a protein skimmer at the moment, and I'm not feed in the tank ad there is only ny CUC in there. Any suggestions how to limit nutrients?
