Need to find a protein skimmer...
And I have no idea what size to get.
Tomorrow I am upgrading to a 72 gallon bow front that has no skimmer. I currently have a 65 gallon tall mixed reef with no skimmer. The corals seem to be doing well and the fish too. Not a terrible amount of corals, and approximately 6-7 fish (I can't count them right now, they're asleep). I really could use some recommendations for a skimmer because I am looking to eventually fill out this 72 tank and I feel I will not have sufficient filtration. I'm doing this on a college kids budget right now if that gives you any financial indication of where I'm at. I've been trolling Craigslist as well with no luck in my area. Any help is greatly appreciated! Obligatory tank shot as of today, not the prettiest but it is on the rebound after some neglect for a couple months. |

Like Florida sportsman? I haven't been on in a long time but it's worth a shot. I'm looking for an in-sump unit if I can. Not a whole lot of room in the stand or around it.

Not 50 post not 90 days He can not view the for sale forum here, Check Petmountain they have good prices on Bubble Magnus skimmers you have to go to the cart to view the lower price.
For low budget you can check out SCA skimmers on flea bay see the SCA 302 I believe they keep changing the numbers sub 150 bucks. |
