Ecoexotic Panorama 48" LED's

Hi! I have two sets of these LED's on my tank. They have a strip of white and a strip of blue, that plug into a power brick and into and outlet. Currently, I am simply cycling my tank.

For my small tank I started with I have white lights from 9am - 8pm and blue lights cut on from 8pm to 9am.

With this larger tank, while it does have the ability to dimm, etc., it's not automatic.

I realize they make a controller for it, which I might consider. This gives scenes, etc.

I suppose this gently dimms down white lights and dimms up blue lights? I suppose to make it more like sunrrise/sunset?

With this tank, I will have an Apex controller. Initially I planned to just plug into an outlet and have it go from white to blue.

Looking for any guidance/education/etc on light transitions.

Might make sense to just buy the Exoexotic controller and run outside of Apex given these lights are not easy to hook in Apex.
