Question Help getting new Foxface to eat...

I just got a new Foxface a couple of days ago. He isn't eating. He is just acting EXTREMELY shy and looking quite stressed in terms of having his spikes out and always looking very mottled. Not sure what to do at this point but I think if I could get him eating he might have a chance.

I have quite a bit of nuisance algae in the tank that he is ignoring. I've fed PE Mysis, Cyclopeeze, and Ocean Nutrition Formula 2 flakes. I've also tried garlic seaweed on a clip and he is ignoring everything.

The other tank occupants are a pair of black clowns and a purple firefish all of which look fine.

Any suggestions?
