Can you identify these for me?

Sorry for the double posting, the photos didn't work on the first thread and it wouldn't let me edit that post.

Can anybody identify these things growing in my tank and let me know if they are good or bad? In one of the photos you will see a white thing attached to the rock with a tube sticking out if it, I have a few of these in different areas in the tank. I think they might be a sponge?

The other thing growing in my tank seems to be growing everywhere on the sand bed and rocks, i added a photo of what it looks like under normal lighting and blue LEDs.

In the second photo, it looks like some kind of sponge.

I have had strawberry nems (ball nems) in my tanks for years. Never bothered a thing or reproduced out of control.

Is this a fowlr or a reef? They are especially not a problem in a fowlr. Every tank is different and if they do get out of hand for you then vinegar injected should do the trick.
