ID this reef octopus skimmer GPH

Can anyone tell me the GPH rating of my reef octopus OCTX-160INT Skimmer? It has the PSK 2500 sicce pump. and looks like this.

From what I'm finding on the web the pump itself is rated at 660 GPH.

Does this mean that is what the skimmer is actually skimming per hour?

I finally got around to figuring out how much my return pump is putting out by filling up a 5 gal bucket and timing it. I would like to match it to what my skimmer can handle. I have a Reeflo 1100 Blowhole with 3 settings

1st setting is way too low
2nd setting is 300 gph
3rd is 509

I bought this skimmer used a few years ago and I believe the guy I purchased it from thought it was around 400 gph. But that was many beers ago so its a little foggy.

For what its worth I have a 90 gal display with a 30 gal basement sump. Couple of LPS but I have some new supplemental LED lights coming in so I may look into some SPS. I also have a Hydor 1400 powerhead (I was running two but one just went out on me) so depending on the setting on my return pump I have 1700-1900 gph. So I figure I may need another powerhead. But 1st I need to match my return to my skimmer. Than I can figure out how much flow I have so I will know how much more I need.

660gph for the sicce is water flow with a regular impeller, with a pinwheel probably 400-440gph but thats a guess

Ya it is the pinwheel. Thats probably a close guess. So should I set my return pump to 300 gph or 500? I suppose I cant over-skim so perhaps 300gph is the better option.
