Hi,
Has anyone had any bad experiences ordering from ReefRadiance? I ordered a lumentek 120 close to two months ago, and it STILL hasn't shipped. The price is good, but the wait time is RIDICULOUS!!! Especially since the website says 2-4 weeks.

My wait for my Lumentek 240 was about 6 weeks after speaking with them in person and being told 3. Everyone talks about how great their customer service is, and Rick (the owner) is a really nice guy to talk to. He seems exceptional at calming down angry customers. He always talks about how they are going to "catch up" with the next shipment, but that never seems to happen.

I do believe they make a very solid light for the money.
