Dead rock vinegar bleach bath ?

Just got some quality dead rock from a friend that I want to add to my new setup. I have read a ton about methods for curing rock and giving it a bleach/ vinegar bath.

Knowing that the rock was originally pest/disease free before it was taken out and has been dead for a few months now.....is bleaching still recommended or can I get away with just doing a vinegar bath?

The rock does not seem really dirty, but if bleaching first would be the preferred method, then that's what I will do. I was originally leaning towards the vinegar bath only because I know it's not as harsh. Plus....if there was to be any leeching of chemicals into water table, then the vinegar wouldn't be as bad.

What would be a good ratio of vinegar/water to use....if that's what I go with?
Also..what would be good ratio of Clorox bleach/water for my situation if that's what I decide to use?
