Does my clownfish have ich?

So my clown has swollen lips but they went down but now one of his fins don't work and seems to have white skin coming off of it! Any help?

The skin peeling off sounds like brooklyella, deadly and fast. I'd read the fish parasite sticky in the disease section and post your question there.

This is an example of the necessity of keeping a quarantine tank. It's a practice you might begin for all new purchases to prevent this type of loss.

^^^^Best advice you'll ever get.^^^

All the fish that shared water with the late clownfish probably have the same parasite and need to be treated.
