Forty three snails in a 75 gallon tank is way too many IMO. I would probably go with 7-10 turbo or trochus snails, and maybe two scarlet hermit crabs. See how they do for awhile, and then adjust the population accordingly. Hopefully if things go right though, you won't have to add any more janitors down the road. Don't forget, you can keep the glass & the sand bed clean all by yourself.

I agree with cloak. And I have been told to stay away from Margarita Snails because they don't survive long because most reef tanks are too warm for them. But I really don't know too much about that. The Turbo Snails are like lawnmowers, thought. Really good things to have to get rid of the excess algae.

Ya your right on the Margarita Snails I will skip those. Am i correct in thinking the Cerith and Nassarius Snails for the sand bed? The Mexican and Astrea Snails for the rocks and glass?
