Making equipment list for my project

what I have so far:

75G Tank
Stand
2 200W Titanium Fluval Heaters
2 700 gph Aqueon powerheads
Spectrapure MPDI-90 Refurbished RO/DI
Dual inline TDS Meter

What I need to buy/what I've decided on:

BeanAnimal Overflow with 1" drains, and 3/4" single return
30Lx3Wx5H glass overflow
Protein Skimmer - Reef Octopus or Vertex for 150 gph
20G long or 30G Breeder sump
Return pump for 500-600 gph
100lbs Dry Rock
25 lbs Live Rock
80 lbs Aragonite sand (should be good for 1-1.5" bed)
32G Rubbermaid container for salt mixing
Bucket of Instant Ocean or the like
Circulation pump to use in the mixing bucket
LED Lighting: Orbit Marine, Beamswork EVO Quad 3W or 2 taotronics units
Homemade Stand: 40"Hx50"Lx20"W. Will have 2 shelves, top one for sump area (may have room for a 5 gallon ATO system some day), and the bottom shelf for storage of items, such as nets, food, test kit, etc.
Homemade Canopy: Similar to stand, but entire front 3rd will life up via piano hinge for ease of access and 2 doors for access for feeding time.
Saltwater Test Kit
Refractometer
Fish
Quarantine Tank

Skimmer
You'll want a backup heater
PVC piping for drain and return

I'd use different power heads

I have 2 heaters. One will be in the middle part of sump and 1 in display tank.

I have skimmer listed as to buy. PVC piping definitely.
