Green tint on rocks.

Sooooo my tank has been doing much better. You guys pointed me in the right direction and it seems to be thriving. I have been doing water changes, using gfo, and using aquavitro eight.four and calcium. I also replaced the bulb. I have been using a toilet brush to get off all the hair algae when it dies. There is not much left!! My rocks were all white after hair algae was gone. Now there is a green tint on my rocks. The snails n crabs finally clean the rocks now that thr are not covered in hair....but that green tint remains. I just noticed it about a week ago. On the plus side my frogspawn is doing amazing....here is before and after pic and a close up of the green.

Wow what a difference. Coraline algae grows green too so as long as it looks like it is encrusted to the rock it may be that.

That looks much better, I'm glad your cuc is doing a good job. Don't worry about the green tint.

Corraline starts as green on rocks. It did with mine. Give it time and it will fade.

Don't worry...if your parameters are in check, you will have coralline out your ears. My entire back glass is encrusted. Scraping it on the side and front glass is a PITA
