Exclamation Porky Puffer Didn't Deflate all the way

Hey everyone, upon transferring my porky from my quarantine system after an ich attack to my main tank, he puffed up from the stress and when he deflated, his rear dorsal side didn't deflate properly and he is having problems swimming correctly. It has been a few days and it still has deflated. How or what can I do to fix this? Would making him puff again and then deflate possibly help or would it make it worse? Please help

Hold him underwater with his mouth up and squeeze him "gently". They sometimes have trouble expelling air.

X 2

Push his tail end down and often times the air will come out w/o any squeezing

Thank you all for your time, I have tried all of these methods plus more over a period of time and yesterday morning he passed away. The spot on his body that didn't deflate turned why and then there he was not moving on the bottom of the tank
