Smile AquaIllumination Hydra TwentySix LED Fixture vs. EcoTech Marine Radion XR15w Pro LED

Hi fellow reefers! I really want to invest in a light fixture best for my 18 gallon CAD Lights nano tank and I was debating between the AquaIllumination Hydra TwentySix LED Fixture and the EcoTech Marine Radion XR15w Pro LED Light Fixture. My tank dimensions are 16" H x 16" W x 16" D and it's a combination of SPS and LPS coral.

Also, how high off the water should I hang the light fixture?

I would love to hear some feedback and see what you guys think would be best. Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you!
