Bringing Lights Up After 3 Days Dark, How Quickly

I have just finished a 4 day dark (because I can't read my calender to stop at day 3) period to rid myself of a red cyano outbreak. Before lights came up I did a water and sock change. The tank looks so clean! I have royal and blue blue very low and white at 2%. I have AI Sols. What is a safe scheme to get lighting back up to the original programming? IOW how fast to get back to normal? If you don't have AI LED's just a how fast to get back to normal lighting conditions would suffice.
Thanks!

I've done the 3 day blackout a few times and also just went back to my normal lighting period immediately. I run a 4 bulb t5 fixture though.

Yeah the LED's are a tad more intense. I just reset the programs to lower intensities and will increase them every few days.

Do 5% up per day if u just went 3 day dark. You don't want to burn your coral.

I did 4 day dark, but it wasn't total covered dark. The room is quite sunny.
