DSA neo 105g need foam mat?

Does anyone know if the dsa neo 105g rimless need foam mat on the bottom? Seem like the rimless has a bottom black brace, not quite sure if that make it suitable for a foam mat. Any experience or though would be appreciated.

I am wondering the same thing with my deep blue professional 75g rimless I'm currently. Supposedly the foam board reduces pressure points throughout the bottom of the tank. Regardless I'm going to use it just to be safe and just cut out my overflow.

Well, I think the place to start is to inquire of the manufacturer; but the generally accepted rule-of-thumb is that if the tank sits on a bottom rim foam is not required, if the full bottom sits flush to the stand then foam is required.

i acutally have a neo 105 coming in someday and will be putting foam under it. It cant hurt but only help with any minor in perfections between the tank and the stand and floor.

No foam under this tank. It is not a full rimless tank. It has a frame on the bottom. Foam should only be used under full rimless tanks.

I have the dsa 105 rimless with their stand. No foam should be used.
