Ok, too new to have any clue what these are...

Only 6 months into the hobby and bought an "established" tank a couple weeks ago. Knowing so little, I brought back everything with this tank....including a full on flatworm infestation. Got that dealt with finally (and hopefully), but noticed these two guys climbing my glass this morning. Anyone got an ID on these suckers and advice on if and how to remove them? Sorry for the poor quality on the pics but they were the best I could get at the time and of course, they've disappeared now....

They may be a type of worm. If you can nab one with a cup and get it under bright light for a photo, we can tell more.
