rodi container

Hey everybody I just bought two 55 gallon drums to store my rodi and mix my salt with. They were used to hold a vanilla water mix. It only had the liquid in it for 5 days(I know this to be true because I know the guy who uses them) I rinsed them out with just water and have one sitting with a water vinigar mix.

Ive done some research but can't find the formula for water to vinigar mix or water to chlorine or color of can't remember which one. I don't want to do it unless I know the right mixture. Can any one help me out here.
