Was my router I hate it everything worked website wise accept for Fusion until I reset it!!! If it wasn't for my iphone data service never would had figured it out.

Sounds like your Apex lost its connection to your router. Sometimes I power down my router, wait a few minutes, the power it on again. It resets all of the dynamic IPs. When a device loses a connection, sometimes it tries to use the same IP address that another device is using, then it simply won't work. At least that's the case with my Apple router.
