Need help grading my lighting

I've got a 65 gal fish with critters that I'm looking at getting some coral or an anemone. Reading about both, they have specific lighting needs. But I'm not sure how to define what kind of lighting I have since its LED, and florescent wattage calculations don't work. I've got a 36" current system, and the power supply for the system is 48 watt. Since my tank is in a desk, I didn't have space or the heat tolerance for anything other than LED. Since its a 65gal, it is 24" high, and I have a pile of about 12" of live rock.

1) Lighting at the top? 12" deep (low, medium, high?)

2) Lighting at the substrate? 20" deep (low, medium, high?)

There are thousands of LED systems out there some are great for the most light intensive corals. Most are only good enough for viewing fish. Post the model and manufacturer of the light and you can get a good estimate on it's quality.

For an Anemone you will need moderate lighting. generally not something you buy at petsmart or home depot.

Seems like this light is meant to support lighting requirements of medium to low light. So, mostly your easy corals. Not sure if it will support an anemone on the sand bed, may be okay on top of your live rock. After doing a quick search it seems most are using these lights on smaller tanks and multiple fixtures. You could give it a go and see what happens. However, I think there are much better choices out there.
