What are These?

I need some help figuring what these things are in my tank. I have a 29G biocube reef and started noticing these spots on the glass and sand bed. I did some research and thought they could maybe be red bugs or flatworms, but I'm not sure. Also, don't red bugs only affect acropora? (which I don't have) I only have soft and Lps corals, no sps. None of these thing are actually on any corals, just the glass and sandbed. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!!
