Maxspect Gyre settings

For those of you that are running the new Gyre, what modes and settings are you using? Also the size and type (SPS, LPS, Mixed) would help. I currently am running it at 10% in a mixed reef (60 gallon) on constant mode....feel like I should be taking advantage of some of the other modes that I am not using?

Just plain 50% I will keep using other powerheads for the variation. I have a toothless overflow on the opposite narrow side of my tank and any changes to the gyre result in changes to the amount of water going over the weir and stops/restarts the siphon.
