New Tank Owner

hi there, i have just purchased a new 28 gallon tank. this is my first time setting up a saltwater tank. i have my live sand and live rock in the tank.
so im kind of looking for some good advice as to what i should be purchasing for additives/ supplements.
and what is the best equipment to be using; such as filters and lighting, right now the tank has a penguin 150 bio wheel filter, and a 24" aquatic life T5 HO dual lamp light fixture. should these suffice ?
whats the easiest way to perform water changes ?
any help would be appreciated.

Hello! I am pretty new too but I'll help as much as I can. What do you want to keep?

I meant just fish or fish and corals. All your equipment sounds good although eventually you are probably going to want a skimmer. At that size of tank you could do five gallon water changes every two weeks or so. I would have the container you mix your water up in set up with a heater and a power head and let it set for a day or two before you add it.
