Rotifer Culture!! Help

Hello I´m trying to grow a rotifer culture. I received a very bad culture from a lfs here in Guatemala it was like 1 rot per 50 ml , I put the rotifers in a plastic container with aeration, I´m feeding two times daily with RG COMPLETE from reed mariculture and my culture has improved just a little bit in about 5-7 days. I want to know if I can do something to accelerate the reproduction rate cause I have a clownfish batch hatching in 3 days. And i Think I don´ thave enough food for them.
