Can someone please help identify this hitchhiker

Just found this swimming around and then tried to go back into my live rock but I sucked it up quick. It doesnt look "good", but maybe I'm wrong? This is the best picture I could get

It was a a pretty quick swimmer....

My thoughts are to toss it, but I want to be sure. Also curious if I should be aware of a bigger issue....
