40 gallon breeder overflow size?

I am in the process of setting up a new tank, a 40 breeder and I want to know what do members here recommend for the internal overflow size, how high the overflow should be placed, number of holes and hole size.

I customizing a standard 40 breeder which is 36 long by 17 high by 18 deep. Most of the flow in the tank will be done with MP10s. I would prefer the overflow to be as small as possible.

Check out a glass holes 700 gph kit. Very small and you can run lower than 700 through it quietly.

Thanks, I think I'll go with the entire kit for 170 that includes the return.
