Also give me any advice to help make things better you may see wrong with my tank at this moment

Reef Octopus Skimmer
42 lbs live rock
Live sand

It does not appear you are running a sump, no place to filter out the crap. Filter socks would help a lot.

One way, would be to pump the tank water through a filter sock back into the tank.

I agree you need some type of mechanical filtration. Whether that be a hob filter, or you add a sump with an overflow box, or use a canister filter is your choice. each choice has it's ups and downs, you'll have to research which one could suit you best. Personally I believe the best is a sump, but as you do not have a drilled tank that complicates things for you unfortunately, as overflow syphon boxes can have issues causing a flood
