Please give me some advice!!!

It does not appear you are running a sump, no place to filter out the crap. Filter socks would help a lot.
One way, would be to pump the tank water through a filter sock back into the tank. |

I agree you need some type of mechanical filtration. Whether that be a hob filter, or you add a sump with an overflow box, or use a canister filter is your choice. each choice has it's ups and downs, you'll have to research which one could suit you best. Personally I believe the best is a sump, but as you do not have a drilled tank that complicates things for you unfortunately, as overflow syphon boxes can have issues causing a flood
