AI director

Hi!

I would like to ask for some assistance. I have an AI director that keeps randomly shutting off and I am not sure why it is happening. Has anyone experience this? Do you know how to fix it?

Contact AI. Might have to do with power supply cable

Try a different usb cord. Could be a long shot but mines had the same issue and swapping the cable fixed it.
