Little slug like creatures appear after water change!!!!! I need a ID please!

Ok so did a water change which involves shutting off my pumps, turned the pump back on and found a hundred or so of these things on my glass, I am worried since the tank is a sps tank!

Amphiscolops sp. only harmful to Copepods! Thanks for the response!
