Gate Valve Needed on a Basement Sump?
I've got a 45 ga. cube and I'll be putting the sump in the basement. I bought a Waveline DC pump for the return. It has six power settings. Should I plumb a gate valve into the return line or do I have enough options just with the pump settings to try and match the gravity drain (Maggie Muffler)? The tank is pre-drilled for 3/4 and 1-inch bulkheads. Thanks in advance for any advice!
