New to kessil help

Hi everyone.

So I'm looking to do the new IM Fusion 40. My buddy gave me a kessil a150 ocean blue and was wondering if this will work for this tank with euphyllia and zoas? Or if I add another one can I use the new A160 and tune it to be the same spectrum as the 150? Or will one side of the tank have more light and power than the other?. Very new to the kessils so any suggestions help.

One should be fine, they put out a lot of light. The 160 is adjustable so it is very possible to match it. You could always add more down the road but one will be fine for quite a while.

I've been using Kessils since they introduced their Aquarium lights nearly 5 years ago. The A150 Ocean Blue is a great light. Try it alone for a couple of months and see if you're getting the results you want. It's a pretty powerful light.

You can always add another or supplement another way but there's no reason you can't start with what you have.
