Running GFO
So, my tank is still fallow but I'm still feeding inverts since my tank isn't established. Even though I'm feeding very little I'm still battling low amounts of cyano red and GHA. The GHA being more abundant. I'm planning on running GFO media in a seachem "the bag".
Any other recommendations? Will doing this be effective and are there any downsides?

What is your PO4 level? I have run GFO in a bag, but it needs to be in very high flow and was surprised how effective it was. We now use a reactor.

I've used PhosGuard in my 28G nanoCube for the last year. The 100ml package already has it in a bag.
Truth be told - I use PhosGuard, Purigen and ChemiPure all in my nanoCube.
