Bacteria Infection Yellow Tang

How can I treat what i believe to be a bacterial infection in a juvenile yelow tang?

it looks like a red coloration just behind the anus.

it has been eating fine, and pooping fine.

DO I need to QT? what medications?

He is as healthy as can be, all fins in tact, no hlle, no heavy breathing., FINALLY no ich!( had them in QT til about 2 weeks ago)

(for those about to mention problems with a YT in a 40G; I have been actively seeking a new home for it)

I can't tell much from the picture, its grainy and blurry. I suggest you take a better picture and then post in the fish disease forum: http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=87

There's a lot of great people there who should be able to give you their opinion if you can get a better picture.
