When to introduce invertebrates?
I've never had decorative shrimp, only hitchhikers from my LR in past aquariums, so I am not sure on the proper protocal...I'm looking at getting a scarlet skunk cleaner shrimp and/or a banded coral shrimp. Should I add them to the tank before I add my fish or does it matter?

As long as your cycled, before or after you add fish is fine. Good luck

IMO, it depends what size the shrimp is at purchase, and what type of fish you are getting.

Be aware that the coral banded may go after small fish.
