testing water

whats a good ph range, ammonia, nitrate 02 and 03 range?

It depends on what you are keeping. For a fish only tank anything below 30 is fine, even higher does not have a strong effect on the fish but algae growth would most likely be an issue. For most corals it is best to keep the nitrates below 5ppm, for sensitive corals they are best kept near zero.
