Throwing around a idea (plumbing)

So I saw this idea on plumbing for my 180g reef ready tank that I ordered. Anything wrong with what your seeing. I might go herbie for overflow but really have not decided on it yet as I want this build to be less touching involved. Lets build my idea together or destroy it lol.

The layout looks ok to me. A couple things to consider, It might be too much flow for the Cheato. I would create a section for the cheato where you can adjust the flow. And install a bubble trap between the skimmer and return pump if you haven't planned on doing that.

Also it looks like you have 3 ball valves after the pump. I would use one gate valve and add a back flow valve.

Also on the drain pipe on the right side, your not showing a valve. I would install a valve on both drains.

There will be a bubble trap for sure.

I agree with this. This setup will not give you the ability to control the flow through the fuge cheato section. I would have the tank drain into the skimmer section then have the return pump Td off to your fuge cheato section. This will allow you to control the flow or take the fuge section completely off line

Can you change your order?
Those corner overflows are about the worst overflow u can get.
Surface skimming is very important and those do a terrible job.
A large center overflow would be better and would clean up your plumbing. You would have the room for beananimal plumbing, too.
