Is this hair algae??
I have a little outbreak of some sort of algae. My local LFS thought it might be hair algae, though it does not look like hair algae that I have seen in other pictures. It is hard and stiff. It is pretty difficult to pull off the rocks also.
Any ideas or thoughts on what it could be? |

Indeed. This algae doesn't look anything like any of the algae on that website. No idea what it could be...

Ha, sorry. I read your reply and for some reason transposed "green turf algae" as green hair algae. No idea what I was thinking there. Yes, after more research on green turf algae, I believe that to be it.
